Thank you very much to all of you who attended the very special dharma talk by Karma Lekshe Tsomo this past Saturday. It was a wonderful time and it was great to see so many faces at the temple! In thinking about the talk, you should ask yourself, "What did you get?"

May 19, Tuesday, 7pm - 8:30 - Introduction to Meditation. Intro class for anyone interested in starting or growing their practice. Meets four Tuesday nights, come to one or all four. Talks, questions, and sitting mediation will be covered. No fee.

May, 23, Saturday, 10am - 12noon - Buddha's Disciples Zen Meeting - Formal sitting and walking mediation with formal tea following. Come and join us for practice and gain support and energy in your own.

June, 6, Saturday, 1pm - 3:00 - Change Your Mind Day 2009. Sponsored by the Buddhist Council of Greater St Louis. Meets at the St Louis Gateway Arch, South Grand Staircase.
